Lucy Dimes

Former Chair

Iomart plc

Lucy joined Iomart as Non-executive Chair in 2022 and stepped into the CEO role in autumn 2023. She stepped down in May 2025. 

She is a Strategic Advisor at Conquer AI and a former Non-executive Director at Babcock International Group. 

Until September 2018, she was also CEO for EMEA at UBM, the FTSE 100 business-to-business events organiser. Before her time at UBM, Lucy was CEO of Fujitsu in the UK & Ireland.

She has held various leadership positions at BT, was COO at Equiniti Group and CEO of Alcatel-Lucent UK & Ireland. Lucy was also a Non-executive Director at Berendsen before it was acquired by Elis SA for £2.2bn in September 2017.

With over 25 years’ experience in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Lucy has experience driving growth and competitive advantage through digitalisation, technology-led innovation and sales effectiveness.

In 2013, Lucy was awarded the CBI First Woman in Science & Technology and Everywoman in Technology Corporate Leader of the Year.

She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Business Management and holds an MBA from London Business School.
