Alistair is a recognised leader and keynote speaker in the field of organisational wellbeing, strategy and performance, with a specific focus on healthcare systems.

Alistair has worked on several of the UK, Europe and North America’s most complex healthcare, benefits and performance projects.

Before joining Gallagher in 2020, Alistair spent four years as a Non Executive Director of the International Stress Management Association and five years as a Project Board Director of the World Economic Forum’s “Working Towards Wellness” global initiative as well as working in a number of high profile roles across different organisations.
