Tracey is a former PwC Partner who led the UK firm's Corporate Governance, Ethics and Compliance client advisory practice.

In 2017, she founded Intelligent Ethics, an award-winning independent consultancy specialising in business integrity, diversity, equity and inclusion and ethical conduct. More recently, Tracey was a UK partner at StoneTurn, where she established their ESG risk advisory practice.

At DWF, Tracey leads the ESG & Sustainable Business Advisory practice. She advises Boards and Senior Leaders to develop measurable and evidence-based approaches to creating ethical, inclusive and robust cultures that are risk-based, human-centred and strategy-focused. She uses values-based behaviours, culture, purpose and corporate integrity as critical levers for change, embracing ESG risk factors and placing people and inclusion at the heart of a sustainable business.

Through her work, Tracey enables organisational leaders to unlock high performance, accelerate growth and drive innovation through the design and development of trust-based programmes directly aligned to the delivery of responsible business goals built on values and ethical principles.

Tracey is a qualified chartered accountant and certified organisational development practitioner. She is an External Advisory Panel member at the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) on Corporate Governance and Culture, and a Visiting Fellow, InterDisciplinary Ethics Applied (IDEA), University of Leeds.
