Nailing a private equity deal today is much harder than it was in the past. Like everyone else, funds have been tightly squeezed creating a much more conservative environment. Leaders looking for private equity funding must therefore be very diligent when presenting a case to these houses. To help with this, LDC’s Tim Farazmand has offered his top tips for writing a business plan aimed at private equity.
