Key takeaways include:
  • Nearly 90 percent of women leaders report they thrive in disrupted environments, matching the confidence levels of their male peers (90 percent vs. 89 percent)
  • Women leaders are more likely to anticipate significant business model shifts this year (47 percent vs. 39 percent) and are more bullish on Generative AI—with 40 percent extremely optimistic vs. 32 percent
  • Female C-suite executives are almost three times as likely as male counterparts to report digital transformation returns exceeding 15 percent over the past year (11 percent vs. 4 percent)
