David brings to Webhelp UK a wide range of experience at the leading edge of customer contact management. Formerly HEROtsc, David led the process to sell the business to new shareholders and the company was acquired by Paris-headquartered Webhelp Group in February 2013. In meeting his vision of creating a value add solution provider, David has reshaped the organisation from a commoditised and transactional based customer contact centre to an outcome led omni-channel business that delivers transformational solutions for its clients. This has seen Webhelp UK grow by more than three-fold during his time as CEO, increasing its workforce from 1,800 to over 6,000 people. 
 
David also sits on the Executive Committee of the Webhelp Group, a €500M euros business, which employs over 23,000 people in a pan-European delivery model. Prior to joining Webhelp UK, David was the Executive Director for Trinity Horne Consulting where he was closely involved in developing performance improvement solutions for blue-chip businesses that included large outsourcers and public sector organisations.
