Collaboration: Working with other departments or in fluid, cross-functional teams
Autonomy: Being shown a clear mandate for change and being trusted to deliver this
Inspiration: Tapping into inspiration from beyond the organisation
Experimentation: exploring new ideas quickly without fear of failure
