CEO Research Results 2024

In this research, conducted at our CEO Retreat, it’s clear that top executives need to be comfortable with ambiguity. Leaders are operating in increasingly unknown territory and businesses need them to respond to this evolution and change.

Key findings from Criticaleye's CEO Research:

  • 71% of CEOs say their Chair adds valuable support at the top table
  • 33% of CEOs said building alignment on the top team is where they need to improve most. \
  • Sustainability has dropped to fourth on the priority list for CEOs (previously ranked top last year)
  • A leaner operating model and improved organisational agility are the biggest changes happening in organisations
  • 87% of CEOs aren’t fully confident they can navigate through strategic uncertainty
In this recent episode of our Inspiring Leaders Podcast, guests covered the role of the CEO in the current climate, Board dynamics and what guidance and support senior executives need.
